How can I save my game character?
In order to save your character and not to lose your game progress, you need to synchronize your game account with Google Play/Game Center (depending on your device).
This can be done in the game settings:
- Tap the "Settings" button in the upper right corner.
- Select the "Profile" tab.
- If it says that you are "Not signed in", tap the "Connect" button.
- Once everything is ready, the text will turn into "Signed in".
Also, you can find your character's numeric ID in the "Settings" tab. If you lose your game character, it can be restored using this ID.
How to restore my lost game account?
If your game account was linked to a Google Play or Game Center account (depending on the platform you are playing on), you can restore it yourself.
For Android users
- Add your Google account in your device settings (Settings → Accounts → Add account → Google).
- Launch the game. You will be prompted to restore you game account linked with your Google account.
- If that didn't happen, open Settings in the game.
- Switch to the Profile tab.
- Press the Connect button.
For iOS users
- Open the Game Center settings on your device (Settings → Game Center).
- Log in using the Apple ID and password from the Game Center account your game was bound to.
- Launch the game. You will be prompted to restore you game account linked with your Google account.
- If that didn't happen, open Settings in the game.
- Switch to the Profile tab.
- Press the Connect button.
If your account has not been linked or you are having issues restoring your character on your own
Please submit a ticket to the customer support https://support.my.games/gh and specify the following information:
- Game ID for the missing character.
- Nickname for your missing character, its power level.
- The name of the guild if you were in one.
- The link to the Facebook profile your character was linked to.
- Models of all the devices you have used to play the game on.
- All cities and countries where you have launched the game.
- Name of the Internet service provider or mobile carrier whose services you have used.
- Game ID of your new character.
Please note that the new character will become unavailable after restoration of the old one. You need to submit the ID of the character you are ready to lose. Support team might ask you for additional details if necessary. All the details are required for successfull identification of the lost account and ensuring its safety.
