Please be aware of our policy in regards to refunds:
- We do not review requests made more than 48 hours before contacting support
- We do not refund first payments. Players must have made at least one successful purchase before requesting a refund for a payment
- We perform refunds only once for each player. If we have performed a refund on an account previously, we will reject all further requests
- We refund money only if in-game currency had not been spent before sending us a request
If a purchase was made accidentally or by somebody else on your account we recommend contacting Apple/GooglePlay in regards to a refund.
